You do not need to be on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, and Pinterest. Instead, you need to focus on the platforms where you are seeing results.
#2 – Change the Frequency of Your Posts
It doesn’t matter that you aren’t posting multiple times throughout the day. You don’t even have to post every day. What you do need to do, is to stay consistent so your audience knows what to expect. We all know those people that work out every day but it’s important to know when your muscles need a break. Determine which days of the week and times of day generate the most engagement from your posts. Put your all into those days and times, and don’t force yourself into generating mass amounts of content that simply isn’t there.
#3 – Simplify the Process
There are many ways to save time and cut back on redundancies within your tasks. For example, if you are not batching you need to. Batching is about grouping similar tasks together instead of doing them at different times. Rather than sitting down to create a one-off email, instead, try creating multiple emails at once while you’re in the zone. If you are working on social media posts, try doing them several weeks at a time. First, work on the visual and creative elements. Then, add the text, go through the editing process for all upcoming posts, and schedule.
