We are on Instagram

One of my favorite things to hear from a client?

That they don`t have to spend much time managing us.

For a small team, marketing can easily become one more thing that needs attention. The strategy might be there. The ideas might be there. But without the time, structure and consistency to keep everything moving, it tends to fall to the bottom of the list.

That`s exactly what we`ve helped build with the team at Callan Pharma Services.

And I couldn`t have said it better than Kevin and Bradford:

“Working with Ellen Grace Marketing has brought real structure to a side of the business we never had time to manage well. Lyndsay and her team have implemented a straightforward approach: a content plan, a steady cadence across LinkedIn and email, and the discipline to keep our marketing moving forward.

Communication is quick and clear, which means I spend little time managing the day-to-day. For a small team like ours, that combination of strategic guidance and reliable execution has been exactly what we needed.

We worked with a few firms before Ellen Grace Marketing, and they`re the first we can confidently recommend as an outstanding partner.”

Thank you, Kevin and Bradford, for trusting us with your marketing.

This is exactly what we mean when we say: Take Marketing Off Your Plate.

A wise woman recently shared something with me that I haven`t stopped thinking about:

"Pressure is a privilege."

Thanks for that reminder, @lessonswithlangley 💕

It made me realize how many privileges I get to experience every week.

When I`m not helping clients at @ellengracemarketing, I`m usually doing one of two things: driving my girls to practices and tournaments... or squeezing in a workout at @theboxstudio_flg.

Some days it feels like we`re constantly on the go.

But the truth is, I don`t take any of it for granted.

It`s a privilege to have healthy kids who love sports. It`s a privilege to have a place that helps me take care of myself so I can keep showing up for my family, my clients, and my community. And it`s a privilege that we`re able to give our girls the opportunity to play.

Not every family has that opportunity.

That`s one of the reasons I said yes to joining the Board of the Flagstaff Sports Foundation.

Since its founding, the Foundation has helped more than 700 local Flagstaff youth athletes and teams, providing financial assistance so kids can experience everything sports teach: confidence, teamwork, resilience, and belonging.

I`m incredibly grateful that @theboxstudio_flg has become one of our very first Community Partners, helping make those opportunities possible for more local kids.

If you`re a Flagstaff business owner and you`re looking for a simple way to make a meaningful impact in our community, I`d love to chat with you about becoming a Flagstaff Sports Foundation Community Partner. We`d love to have you join us.

Because every kid deserves the chance to get in the game. 💕

Out of office for a few days, but this view is a good reminder of something I tell clients all the time:

The goal isn’t to do more marketing.

The goal is to build systems that allow your marketing to keep moving, even when you’re not.

Whether it’s a content calendar, clear priorities, documented processes, or a team that knows what comes next, good marketing shouldn’t depend on you being online 24/7.

A little time away often creates the clarity to come back with better ideas, better decisions, and a renewed focus on what matters most.

See you next week.

Most business owners know marketing matters.

What they don’t want is to manage every post, email, and decision themselves.

When you have the right partner, a clear plan, a consistent rhythm, and data to guide decisions, your marketing keeps moving, even when your attention is focused elsewhere.

That means:
• More time to focus on your clients
• Less stress around what needs to happen next
• Better visibility into what’s working
• Confidence that your marketing is aligned with your goals

Because the goal isn’t just to get marketing off your plate.

It’s to build a marketing system that keeps working, whether you’re on vacation or focused on other areas of growing your business.

If you`re ready for marketing that feels more organized, strategic, and sustainable, let’s talk.
